    About Ed Orcutt

    It is an honor serving as a southwest Washington state representative since 2002 and the 20th District since 2013.

    As you know, protecting taxpayers and creating jobs has been of key importance to me. As the Ranking/Assistant Ranking Member on the Finance (tax policy) Committee, I am working hard to protect against tax increases, provide tax relief, and encourage job growth. As a member of the Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee, I put my forest management education and experience to good use to make sure we keep forest land growing trees and farmland growing crops, instead of being paved with concrete and asphalt. As Ranking Member of the Transportation Committee, I am working hard to make your gas tax and vehicle registration fees go further and I am working with DOT to improve mobility and to make our bridges and roads safer.
