Meet the Member

Born and raised in Washington, Stephanie Barnard has called the Tri-Cities home for 30 years. Stephanie is a small business advocate committed to lowering taxes, strengthening public safety measures, growing a prepared workforce, protecting our agricultural community and dams on the Snake River. Stephanie was head of government affairs for the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce for 4 years, founded and directed a nonprofit organization (ANGELS Network). In 2012, she was elected and served as a national delegate at the Republican National Convention. A mother of 6 with 20 marathons under her belt, she currently lives in Pasco with her two teenage children.
