Ted and his wife Jalene live in Covington, Washington with their five children and two dogs. He works as a Senior Software Tester and Lab Manager at Microsoft. A Bible College graduate with a Bachelor in Theology, he also holds an MSCE and several related technology certificates.
Ted was born in Renton, Washington. His father retired as a Seattle Fire Captain and his mother served for almost two decades as the Federal Aviation Administration’s FOIA officer for the multi-state Northwest Mountain Region. Ted has lived in the greater Covington area most of his adult life.
Ted has been involved in community service since high school, for causes ranging from Vine Maple Place Women’s Shelter, to Maple Valley Food Bank, to Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission, as well as serving through his Church, Generational Hope, which he has been an active member of for over 33 years.
In his spare time Ted plays bass for a Stevie Ray Vaughan tribute band.
